What are our digital services?
Every business needs a bit of help sometimes whether it be managing PPC campaigns, running email campaigns or setting up marketing automation on a lead generation flow.
We are aware that sometimes an audit or a strategy just isn't needed and that hiring a full-time marketing or sales manager to handle certain tasks isn't feasible either.
That's why we offer a suite of services to help alleviate the pressure of tight deadlines by engaging in effective and fixed-term projects that we have had years of experience with.
What do you get?
We operate in two different ways when it comes to digital services: a fixed-term project basis that usually falls in line with a campaign; a monthly retainer where we continuously help our clients over a period of time that ranges from 6-12 months with bi-annual reviews.
We understand that not every company has the resources to work with an agency at great length which is why we offer 30 day campaign packages that are short and sharp and yield high results.
On the flip side, sometimes 30 days just isn't enough for a company to achieve their goals and they require support over a longer period of time, which is why we also engage in long-term retainer agreements to help our clients grow over the course of several years.
This enables us to be flexible in fitting in with our clients' budget and deadlines for particular projects.
A more unique service we offer are sprints, which are intense 1-week brainstorming sessions that enable us to solve a problem or plan out the process to achieve a particular business goal. These are ideal for businesses who are extremely short on time, but are still in urgent need of guidance from experienced professionals.
Following the recent General Data Protection Regulations formally coming into EU law, we are now more conscious than ever as to the privacy and security of our personal data - this thinking should equally be reflected in all digital audits & strategies to ensure full compliancy.
This has had unfortunate repercussions on what were thought to be straight-forward ways of generating new leads; whether it be through purchasing pre-scraped data or by unlawfully gathering user information without their consent, we now have to fully embrace the protections put in place for users.
European regulators have already reported a steep increase in the number of GDPR-related complaints following the deadline date. The Information Commissioner's Office, a non-departmental public body which reports directly to the UK Parliament, as well as its French counterpart, la Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, have both reported increases in complaints made that exceed 50%.
Therefore it's important to ensure that the a simple checklist is met, even beyond the realms of your digital strategy. We recommend using Hubspot's GDPR Compliance Checklist, GDPRChecklist.io or the official ICO Data Protection Self Assessment checklist.
